§3 Failed transactions
Card debited, merchant not credited → auto-reversal within T+5 days; ₹100 per day beyond.
§6 Fraud (from 1 Jan 2027)
Shadow reversal within 5 calendar days, value-dated; resolution 45 days domestic / 60 cross-border.
Blue Book in-context note. Until 31 Dec 2026 the 2017 framework applies: 3 working days / 10 working days / 90 days.
