§2 AFA-free thresholds

AFA-free recurring debits up to ₹15,000/txn; ₹1 lakh for insurance premia, MF subscriptions and credit-card bill payments. Pre-debit notice at least 24 h before.

Blue Book in-context note. Commonly misread: the ₹1 lakh threshold does NOT apply to OTT or general subscriptions.

§3 Authentication

First transaction of a mandate needs two factors; subsequent recurring transactions are exempt within thresholds.
